Not all fingers are of same length and each finger has different functionality  but you can do anything that you want with your fingers when they are together. For example, in the Archery, you can't release a bow without using thumb finger. In similar way, in a team, not all the team members are same, everyone thinks, behaves and performs in different way, but as a team they can achieve success when everyone in the team are together.

Communication
Communication is important for presenting and sharing the ideas. When task is assigned and if their is poor communication between two parties. This will lead to stress and expressing the dissatisfaction among team. So proper training should be provided to avoid the miscommunication. 

Contribution
Each individual plays an important role in achieving the team's objective.  Team can complete task or project within the timeline of project and team will get ample time to review the work. Work sharing in the team, makes each individual to take responsibilities for getting the best outcome. 

Collaboration
Collaboration is the key for team growth and also helps to build your career most effectively. You can learn a lot of new stuff when your team is working in collaboration. When you come up as a single you are intelligent, but when you come up with collaboration you are brilliant.

Responsibility
Each team member should be aware of their team goal and also should be prepared to take the responsibility of the other team members in case of their absence and complete the task before hand. This will help to avoid last minute confusion and also makes you as a crucial team player. 

Accountability
When there is an issue or mistake, an individual should never try to push his mistake on other team members. This shouldn't happen, instead, an individual should think wisely and must come up with reasons or findings of the mistake and should ensure that this mistake should never happen again.  In this way, an individual will earn the respect from others. 

Encouragement
Organization should always support and encourage team, everyone should get the freedom to express and share their ideas. No frequent criticism for mistakes done when they are new to organization.

Continuous interaction and team meeting makes team to perform still better. Conducting team meetings will give an opportunity to share ideas within the team. Sharing ideas will give more scope on the project. 

Training:
If anyone of Team is lacking in few thing such as communication, product knowledge, the employee should be trained to fill gaps in achieving the success. The experienced people in the team must train the new joiner and make them good understanding of the product knowledge and ultimately, greater independence in the learning process. So that they can work on their alone. 

Tracking Progress:
Everyday the team lead should track the progress of task assigned to each team member in order to know the status of project and also to get an idea whether team member can complete the assigned task on time or need any extra time, this will help to submit the project on time without any delay.


Team Outings and Events
Employee's spend an average of 50 hours per week and it will be stressful sometimes, they start to feel boring at workplace. Conducting the Team events on Fridays and going out with Team can definitely help relieve employee stress, boost their relationship and health work environment
