  1. Honey, Lemon, and Lukewarm Water:
    Mix honey and lemon lukewarm water and drink on empty stomach. This will help to burn the fat. You can also chew 2 or 3 cloves of garlic before drinking this mixture. Intake of lemon and honey will provide you good results within 1 month. 
  2. Note: After taking this solution wait at least for 30 minutes to have any other food item. Alternatively, you can take lemon or honey and warm water, in case if you don’t have any one of them.
  3. Don’t have large meals and never ever skip your meals. Instead of 3 large meals a day. You can have 5 or 6 small meals. 
  4. Note: Avoid the food that contains high fat and carbohydrate content. (Example: All Junk food and rice items)
  5. Drink minimum 3 to 4 litres of water a day in regular intervals.
  6. Note: don’t drink more than 6 liters of water a day
  7. Replace your heavy breakfast with a cup of fruit salad or sprout’s. 
  8. Note: Avoid the fruits like banana and milk shakes.
  9. Sugar is your biggest enemy if you want to reduce the fat. Avoid all food items which contains sugar.
  10. Cinnamon is a super spice that controls the post-meal insulin spikes, which will make you feel hungry. A quarter teaspoon of cinnamon powder a day can lower the blood sugar level and cholesterol level. Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon powder to a cup of breakfast cereal or mix in morning latte.
  11. Note: Too much intake is not good for health.
  12. Fennel Tea is packed with good levels of potassium, magnesium, calcium and vitamins B and C. Fennel tea works as an appetite suppressant and a metabolism booster which are useful if you are trying to lose weight. To boost your fuel burn and also stave off carving add Fennel tea in your daily diet.

  14.  Lentils are the best weight-loss food, they have the power to satisfy your hunger and also they will not let your body to pack with loads of calories and fat. Lentils are often called as a meat substitute. Lentils are full of fiber content and they are great for digestion and healthy cell growth.
  15. Try to exercise at least 3 days a week, which helps in not gaining the weight.
