In India, most of men think that women mean't to do only household and take care of the family, but below are list of women who had proved that they are better than the men and doing an excellent job. They are most inpsiring and influential women in India. Let's Top 10 Women CEO's in India

1.Indra Nooyi

Indra Nooyi is CEO of the PespiCo and listed as most powerful women in the world by Times, Forbes, Wall Street Journal for multiple years. After her Masters in 1976, she worked with Johnson and Johnson company and then held strategy positions at Motorola, Asea Brown Boveri. 

She joined PespiCo in 1994. she became CFO in 2001.  in 2006, she became 5th CEO for PespiCo. She is a result oriented after she became CFO, the company net profit went from $2.7 billion to $6.5 billion dollars. Her compensation is $19 million per year in 2014. She was ranked as #13 as most powerful in the world by Forbes 2014 and #82 she ranked in the most powerful in the world by Forbes 2016.

2.Vinita Bali 

Vinita Bali is the CEO and managing director of the Indian Food Company called Britania. She did her MBA from JBIMS. After her education, she joined Voltas and she was part of the Rasna Soft drink. She appointed in Cadbury company for the expansion of Cadbury in the India and Africa. She worked with Coca-Cola and Zyman group till 2005.

After that, she became CEO of the Britania company where the revenue went to $841 million(3 times more than existing revenue). She was listed as "Business women of the year 2009" by Economic times.

3.Rashmi Sinha

Rashmi Sinha is a CEO of the San Francisco-based Slideshare company. She was born in the Lucknow but settled in America. She did  Bachelors in Computer Science Engineering, PhD in Cognitive Neuropsychology, M.A. in psychology and B.A from Allahabad. She was switched her focus on Human Computer Interaction when she went to University of the California, Berkeley.  After her studies, she founded a User experience Consultancy. She worked with the companies like AAA, Bluesheild, Ebay to improve User experience etc,.

She founded the Slideshare company with his husband and company was acquired by the Linkedin in 2012 for $100 million. She has been listed #8 in Fortune as Most powerful women Entreprenuers in 2012 and listed as Top 10 sexist CEO by playboy magazine. In 2008, She has been listed as Top 10 women influencers in Web 2.0 by Fast company.

4.Chanda Kochhar

Chanda Kochhar is CEO of the Industrial Credit and Investment Corporation of India(ICICI) Bank. She joined ICICI bank in 1984 as a management trainee after her Master's degree in management studies. Step by Step, she became CEO in 2009. She received many awards and recognizations, Retail Banker of Asian 2004, Business women of the year 2005 by Economic times, Rising star award 2006 and many more.

5.Kirthiga Reddy 

Kirthiga Reddy is the CEO of Facebook India and in 2016, she has stepped down to relocate to America for the global role at Facebook. Kirthinga Reddy born in the middle-class family and did her graduation from Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar. After graduation, she went to Stanford university to perceive MBA and then MS. She worked with major companies such as Silicon Graphics and Motorola. She joined Facebook in 2010 and worked with big brands with Coca-cola and Yepme brands to increase sales. She was listed as the Fortune 50 most influential and powerful women in India. 

6.Shardha Sharma

Shardha Sharma is CEO of the Yourstory website when she writes life stories about Entrepreneurs in India which was founded in 2008 and till now more than 15,000 life stories of entrepreneurs have been published on their Yourstory website. Every month the website receives 1 Million Monthly Unique Visitors. Before founding YourStory website, She is worked as Assistant vice president of CNBC TV18 and also the brand advisor of Time of India.

7.Mallika Srinivasan

Mallika Srinivasan is the CEO of TAFE(Tractors And Farm Equipment Limited). She was a gold medalist in Econometrics at the University of Madras. Previously, she is a part of Tata Steel limited and Tata Global beverages. She is also a member of the Executive board of directors in India School of Business, Hyderabad.

8.Shikha Sharma 

Shikha Sharma is a CEO and Managing director of Axis Bank. After her MBA, she started her career with ICICI in 1980 and she worked in their 29 years. Then joined in Axis Bank as a CEO. During her tenure in ICICI bank, she worked in various departments such as project finance, retail finance, securities. She received many awards and recognizations such as "Banker of the year" by Business standard, India's Best CEO by Business Today and many more.

9.Naina Lal Kidwai

Naina Lal Kidwai is CEO and country head of HSBC bank. Naina has done Bachelor degree in Economics and she is the first Indian women to graduate from Harvard Business School. She worked with Standard Chartered Bank, JP Morgan, Price Waterhouse & Co. She received Padma Shri award from the Government of India for her contribution in the areas of trading industry. She was honored as the decade achievers award in 2013 for excellence in Banking.

Vanitha Narayan is CEO of the IBM India Private Limited. She did her MBA in Marketing from University of Madras and MBA in Information Systems from the University of Houston. She was listed as top 25 most influential women in India
